1.            Tell me something about yourself?

Ans - My name is Ashima Chakravorty. I live in Faridabad. I did B tech from MDU and D tech from Govt. polytechnic.

     Now come to my schooling level, I had done 10 and 12 class from CBSE Board. Come to my family background, my parents are very caring. My father is an accountant and my mother is a home maker. My hobbies is to find out new things and try to implement it, travelling

     My main aim is to give an ideal life to my parents. I have 3 members in my family Mom, Dad and me. That's all about me. If you want to know more about me please ask.

2. About your future goals?

Ans- My future goal is to find out potential and skillful candidate according to Job description. Not only to place right candidate but also to do focus on they are the good fit for the company. One of my next goal is to reduce the new hire failure rate. Try to fulfill the client and candidate requirement through which they will connect with us for long term. One of my main is to earn more money to make my family financially stronger.

     Try to contribute my effort for the growth of organization. I know one thing if the company grows then I will grow.

3. About Kolkata city?

Ans- It is one of the wonderful places to go. They are many visiting places like planetariums, museums, and football and cricket stadiums. There are so many places to explore here which will make your day memorable and awesome. I love chomchom, mist doi, golgappa of  kolkata. In misti dai, it consists of sweet yogurt. This dish is available in cool pots. Another famous food of Kolkata are lencha, rajbhog in terms of veg while in non veg favorte dish of Bengali is Hilsa fish.

     I had born in Kolkata Narasingha Nursing home. The famous festival of kolkata is Durga pooja.

4. What is recruitment?

Ans- Recruitment is the process to identifying, attracting, and screening, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting the candidates within a company.

6.Java framework

Ans- Some of the most popular Java framework 2020 is play, Java Server Frames (JSF), blades, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), Hibernate. Java Frameworks are themselves software created which helps you to make programming in Java.  A Java EE (Enterprise Edition) framework is used to create complicated and broad bodies of enterprise application. Java framework is a body of platform where developer writes their codes for building up any application. It contains prewritten codes for classes and functions in which developer can add codes to overcome the problem. It provides an extensible and standardized way for developing and deploying application.

 

7. Difference between Asp net and .net

Ans- .Net is a development platform which is used to develop, run and execute application. Asp net is used to build up dynamic web application. Net is a framework or infrastructure which is developed by Microsoft.  ASP .net is a web application which is used to build up various applications.
